We started coming to the Brands for less store in the Al Ghazal shopping center often because we are extremely satisfied and grateful to your employee Pemba. He is not only polite and kind, but also extremely competent. He even anticipates our wishes. Because of him, this particular branch has become our favorite.

Not as bustling as other malls in Dubai, which kinda gives it a warm feeling. The washrooms are clean, the shops are pretty well managed. The prayer room and toilets in the basement floor has a sort of creepy feeling and needs some work though.

Customer Concerns at Al Ghazal Mall
A recurring theme in the reviews expresses a desire for renovations and upgrades within the mall. Although many appreciate its existing charm, comments like needing an upgrade to enhance the experience indicate a longing for modern improvements. Some shoppers feel that certain areas within the mall, particularly amenities such as the prayer room and restrooms, need attention to improve visitors’ comfort. These observations suggest that addressing such concerns could improve satisfaction rates significantly.
Another concern raised relates to the availability of dining options in the mall. Shoppers recommend adding more food outlets to provide variety and satisfy different tastes. Enhancing this aspect could transform shopping into a more enjoyable full-day experience rather than a brief trip.
Some reviews mention that the mall's amenities and facilities receive mixed feedback.
